Come join us for a heated Journey Into Power that will test your limits. Each class is designed to take you through a sequence of poses that will give you access to vitality, power, and freedom.

What is Baptiste Power Yoga?

Baptiste Power Yoga Southern Utah is founded on the Baptiste Yoga™ practice and methodology.

We are located off  VERNON Street . Turn ON VERNON at FRIES Fruit Market - towards the river and the new development called RHONE. We are located on the right side of the street just before the new development. Park on the gravel (45 degree angle) and take the flagstone steps that lead the the  front right corner of the HOME.  Come to the right side of the home up the  spiral staircase  and in through the deck doors.

Baptiste Power Yoga is such a great natural medicine for body, mind and spirit! It has definitely been the best for my body. I’m so much happier and aware. I want to climb a mountain and tell everyone that I’ve found the best thing in life. LIFE!

Some people are ready and some people are not. They don’t know what they are missing...and then they wonder why they are not fit, healthy, and happy.

I hope I am an example to many. That they will be able to see my light shine and then want to be a part of that.

The Studio is heated to 80-90°


Class Description:

Journey into Power is a vinyasa (flow) that will invigorate you and make you feel alive. This is an intense and powerful practice, which can always be modified if needed. The intention of JIP is to give you access to vitality, power and freedom.

JIP Slow Flow is Journey into Power including modifications of the practice. This class is great for those yoga students that are new to yoga and or may have an injury. This class is about learning how to engage your body in each asana (pose). Many students can find relief in modifications and teach the proper muscles, bones, and/or tendons and ligaments to heal and work in a new way. The body is dynamic and as such much can be learned from beginning JIP with modifications to ensure proper alignment in each and every pose. Then once the foundation is safe and your body builds strength, your poses will evolve safely and without injury.

YIN Candlelight Yoga intention is to focus on breath, grounding and healing. In this class you will learn the edges of your body in a new way. Ironically when we hold poses for extended periods of time we have the opportunity to sit with ourselves and hear our inner chatter. This class will push the limits of your breath and mind and body, in a whole new way of doing less. This class is a supplemental class and it is recommended 1x a week in addition to JIP.

JIP Beats if you like the heat and you like music, this is the class for you. It this one hour class your body will move and sweat! While each class is JIP your body will find movement, rhythm and flow to the beats in a new and FUN way. We will go into where poses can go and you will move into the peak of each asana as much as your body will allow and is ready for each day. Get ready to get pumped and powerful.
